Our Food

For bases we have Romaine, Spring Mix, Spinach and Kale

Toppings include: Boiled Eggs, Beets, Garbanzo beans, Broccoli, Shredded Carrots, Mushrooms, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Feta, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Banana Peppers, Red Onions, Black olives, Green olives, Candied Pecans, Almonds, Walnuts, Black Beans, Raisins, Dried Cranberries, Mandarin Oranges, Sunflower seeds and seasonal fruits usually include grapes and strawberries.

For proteins we have grilled chicken, sliced turkey or ham and a scoop of tuna or chicken salad.

Vegetarian Options! 

We make our own Hummus and Falafel on site.  Great on a pita or wrap! Try a "Mediterranean Sampler"... Falafel, Hummus, a Greek Salad and pita chips!
